- 🌱 Plantation work — surrounding the apartment and inside premises
- 🏗️ Construction of generator shed, dustbin shed, and watchmen bathroom shed

Vasantha Elite does not maintain any separate corpus or reserve fund. All works completed so far have been funded purely from the monthly surplus generated out of your regular ₹2,000 contribution — no extra collection has been taken from any flat for these works.

The Present Core Team's term runs until 26 Jan 2027, and they continue to serve the community until then. The members of the New Core Team for Jan 2027 – 2028 will be finalized closer to that date, and an update will be shared here once confirmed.

The Core Team (President, Vice President, General Secretary, Joint Secretary & Treasurer) changes every year on a 26 Jan – 26 Jan term. This annual rotation is by design — over a 6-year cycle, every flat owner gets an opportunity to be part of the apartment's maintenance and management team.
